BLACK CAT BONES

Production of the new album "Rolling Thunder

Stefan Colomb and the Black Cat Bones know each other for several years. In 2018, during residencies for their project albumThe Blues duo, then composed of Laurie and Philippe Thivat, asked Stefan Colomb for advice on the recording, production, mixing, arrangements and percussion parts of their new 11 track album: "Rolling Thunder. This album takes a new turn by adding a touch of folk to the usual blues Black Cat Bones, plus the participation of violinist Claire Bard. The 100% songs original are in fact stories with very different themes. touching and committed. The particularity of this work for Stefan Colomb lies in its relationship with the duo, based on a beautiful musical sharing, but also and above all on a great trust. This project allows him to reveal his creativity through arrangements, writing and the playing of percussion parts, and the development of the album's sound texture.
